AVI-SPL UK & Ireland: Lead the Charge in Digital Enablement

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our UK and Ireland sales teams. As a critical leader, you will drive solution sales strategies and foster growth to exceed ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve remarkable growth. Identify new markets and opportunities, driving regional account acquisition and retention.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, managing hiring, performance, training, and development. Implement strategies to achieve key sales targets.
  • Forecasting & Performance Management: Oversee lead management, assist with proposal development, and track/report key metrics such as bookings and forecast accuracy. Coordinate and lead bid and risk assessment activities, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.

Skill Set:

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on aligning management and achieving strategic goals.
  • Proven sales experience, with expertise in solution selling, particularly within the tech or AV markets.
  • Proficient in building relationships, managing conflicts, and maintaining productive collaborations at all levels.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
