We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at MKJ Ignite. As an Ad-hoc Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
- Office Management: Keep the office in tip-top shape by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
Requirements:
- Organizational Wizardry: You excel at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Attention to Detail: Whether it's financial records or office management, accuracy is your middle name.
- Tech Savvy: You know your way around bookkeeping and invoicing software (experience with Xero or Unleashed is a big plus).
