About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a logical individual who enjoys problem-solving and working with numbers. The role provides a breadth of experience in both analytical and operational processes, where you will be responsible for providing a broad range of analysis, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.

You will join a team of Insight Analysts to support the Mobility Services Insight function in the expansion of our analytical capabilities. This role reports into the Insight & Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence key business decisions with accurate, reliable, and timely analysis alongside regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Work closely with internal and third-party stakeholders to deliver analysis that improves business performance and operational processes.

About You

You should be comfortable working with numbers, enjoy problem-solving, and confident to challenge the status quo using strong communication skills.

No previous Insight or Analytics experience is required as we will teach you the tools you need for the role, but experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel will be useful.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently in your 2nd year and on track to achieve a 2:1 or better in a subject which includes Maths/Statistics
  • Able to travel to the Bristol Office 3 days a week
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Programming language (Python/R) experience is desirable.
