Job Title: People and Culture Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Director to join our team at Manolo Blahnik. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, ensuring a best practice approach to all aspects of PCT delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation among our workforce.
    • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee lifecycle and people processes.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation changes.
    • HR Processes: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
    • HRIS: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and run reports as needed.
    • Performance Reviews: Manage the Performance Appraisal process and identify training needs.
    • Learning and Development: Support the development of L&D strategies and delivery of People and Culture specific trainings.
    • Recruitment: Work with Talent Acquisition Partner to address recruitment needs and represent MBIL.
    • Benefits and Wellness Programme: Manage relationships with external benefits providers.
    • Budget: Track HR Budget spend.
    • Payroll (UK and International): Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll.
  • Strategy and Analysis:
    • Support the creation of PCT Strategy and its implementation.
    • Culture Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate the company's value, mission, and vision.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Manage audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    • Diversity, Equality and Inclusion: Support DE&I initiatives and ensure HR policies and practices are inclusive.
  • Leadership and Mentoring:
    • Manage and develop People & Culture Assistant.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in HR role, preferably within a luxury brand.
  • Experience implementing people strategy and operating in a culture-led organisation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
