Job Title: Director of People and InclusionAbout the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People Experience journey in our London office. As Director of People and Inclusion, you'll be responsible for implementing our people strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company vision and business goals. You'll take ownership of the full People Experience journey, including onboarding, talent management, DE&I, and culture & wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive colleague engagement and retention, enabling business growth through innovative strategies.
  • Own and champion our wellbeing strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.
  • Contribute to succession planning by identifying critical roles and high-potential colleagues.
  • Support the Learning & Development team to drive capability and performance.
  • Manage HR systems, technology, and data analytics to support business needs.
  • Develop and deliver people experience policies that comply with legal requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to address people-related operational issues.
Requirements
  • University degree in human resources, CIPD, or a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
  • Knowledge of building competitive compensation packages.
  • Strong track record of improving engagement and retention in a similar industry.
  • Good experience working with data and data analytics techniques.
