About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Obesity Program Director to lead our obesity management programs at Helios X Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based weight loss programs that combine pharmacological, behavioral, and digital interventions.

The ideal candidate will have significant clinical experience in obesity management and the use of GLP-1 medications, as well as proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop clinical pathways and digital health tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based weight loss programs that integrate GLP-1 medications and digital health tools.
  • Provide clinical expertise and oversight to product development teams, ensuring alignment with best clinical practices.
  • Define and monitor key clinical performance indicators (KPIs) to assess patient outcomes and improve program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • GMC Registered with a license to practice in the UK.
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Endocrinology.
  • Significant clinical experience in obesity management and the use of GLP-1 medications.
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop clinical pathways and digital health tools.
  • Experience in clinical research and/or clinical trials, ideally holding an MD or PhD in a relevant area.
