About the Role

Livewell Southwest is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pathway Manager to lead the development of the Infant and Early Help Pathways within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the line management of staff, appraisals, and the development of accessible services.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of the Infant and Early Help Pathways, using the Anna Freud iThrive framework to inform pathway development.
  • Oversight of line management of staff, including appraisals and performance management.
  • Developing accessible services, including the development of the Access Health and Wellbeing service.
  • Working closely with the other Early Help Pathway Manager to deliver the Early Help Pathway.
  • Improving children and young people's mental health through the effective delivery of CAMHS services.
  • Case/Line management, appraisals of staff in line with policy.
  • Chairing regular team meetings and attending the Senior CAMHS Business meeting on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring and developing work streams, RTT, Evaluation and monitoring requirements.
  • Promoting and embedding national and local work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health.
  • Supporting the development of ACCESS.
  • Ensuring professional engagement with partner agencies in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of effective multi-agency services.
