CAMHS Clinical Pathway Leader Infant and Early Intervention Specialist

About the Role
Livewell Southwest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pathway Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical pathways for infant and early help services within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical pathways for infant and early help services
- Lead on the development of the Anna Freud iThrive framework to inform pathway development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of CAMHS services
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least three years experience in line management responsibility for one or more multidisciplinary teams
- Post-qualifying experience of clinical assessment, evaluation, care planning and risk management in work with those experiencing mental health problems
- Experience of providing clinical supervision to professionals working with children and young people experiencing mental health problems
- Culturally competent practice with people from a range of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the range of therapeutic skills relevant to working with children and young people aged 0-19 and their families
