Sales and Growth Director

Argus Vision B.V. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Director to lead our sales team in Hull. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Customer Engagement: Foster excellent relationships with customers through regular visits to their premises, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel independently, including overseas trips. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, ranging from £70,000 to £90,000 per annum.
