B&Q is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive sales growth for TradePoint. This exciting role involves developing strong relationships with trade members, promoting the TradePoint brand and services, and collaborating closely with store teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive network of trade contacts by identifying new business opportunities and growing existing connections.
  2. Maximise sales growth and create a seamless trade experience by promoting the TradePoint brand and services.
  3. Foster close collaboration with store teams to inspire and engage them in identifying trade opportunities and meeting member needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in winning business and promoting products or services.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Effective project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • A valid full UK driving license with over a year's driving experience.

Compensation Package:

You will receive a competitive salary of £34,300 - £43,900 per annum, plus bonus, along with an attractive benefits package, including an award-winning pension scheme, ShareSave options, 6.6 weeks holiday, and more.
