Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative EMEAAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying new sales opportunities for our Sales Executive team.

You will work closely with marketing to create prospecting plans and execute on these plans through outbound activity, embodying the hunter's mentality and embracing challenges to deliver on monthly opportunity and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities within existing and greenfield accounts through cold calls and email outreach.
  • Identify prospect pain points and clearly articulate the Firmex value proposition to drive further interest in a call or product demonstration with the Sales Executive team.
  • Build contact lists of highly qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Sales Executive teams to execute campaigns focused on driving demand within targeted industries and strategic accounts.
  • Record all sales activity and intelligence in Salesforce.com and report on success metrics.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of B2B sales experience or recent post-secondary graduates eager to begin a career in B2B technology sales.
  • A 'hunter' mentality - a competitive mindset with a strong desire to win.
  • Resilient attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to contribute individually and work within a strong team culture.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and demonstration skills.
  • Highly diplomatic and respectful.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Groove is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous paid time off.
