Job Overview:

The Strategic Director for EMEA Business Development will lead the development and execution of business strategies across the EMEA region, driving outsized revenue growth and establishing BestEx Research as a thought leader in the space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute robust business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Represent BestEx Research at industry events and in the media, showcasing our thought leadership and expertise.
  4. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and implement governance frameworks to mitigate risks.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute innovative product strategies and expansion opportunities.
  6. Lead a high-caliber sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in institutional equities sales and business development within electronic trading or algorithmic trading.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage functional frameworks within a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

We offer an estimated annual salary of $250,000 - $300,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
