We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing team, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the EMEA sales team.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Own and drive the EMEA revenue target, balancing team leadership while also holding a personal sales quota.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Colossyan's presence in the EMEA market.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with the Global Head of Sales to align EMEA strategy with global objectives.
    • Provide regular updates on team performance, market trends, and key opportunities.
    • Represent the EMEA market in global sales discussions and share feedback on product and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to balance team management with active selling and client engagement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales tools, and a good understanding of AI or video tech is a plus.

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
