Global Business Development Manager, EMEA

Job Summary:
The Global Business Development Manager, EMEA, will be responsible for driving growth within the Inspire Brands' International platform across all brands in the EMEA region. This critical role will help identify suitable potential partners, manage the development process, and evaluate capabilities to reach commercial agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of potential new business partners.
- Perform cross-functional review and evaluation of new business partners and their business plans.
- Prepare and present new business opportunities to obtain required internal approvals.
- Facilitate key commercial terms discussions and complete negotiations.
- Support relevant commercial projects that impact or add value to the growth ambition of the development team.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or relevant field.
- 5 Years Experience within international businesses, within development or sales roles, franchise, and licensing across any sector. F&B/QSR sectors would be advantageous.
- Results-oriented, team player, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to develop rapport and influence internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and communication.
- Strong commercial/financial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, effectively prioritize work, and coordinate with collaborators within the team and across the organization.
