Business Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and generate new sales opportunities in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads, working closely with sales and marketing teams, and developing targeted accounts.
Responsibilities:- Prospect outbound leads from various channels, including marketing and strategic search.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to research and identify new pipeline accounts, prospects matching Komodor's ICP, and develop targeted accounts.
- Build and test different reach-out strategies over phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Update prospect interactions in our CRM for efficient data management.
- Provide closed-loop feedback for continuous process optimization.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience as a BDR in a software or SaaS company, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Tenacious, motivated, and willing to persevere through adversity.
- Ability to engage prospects, build credibility, and utilize sales techniques to move clients through their buying journey.
- Sales-oriented and highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excited about the B2D world and eager to speak with technical buyers and learn about solutions in the Cloud, DevOps, and Developers tools domain.
- Prior experience in generating new leads, conducting cold calling, and customizing emails to a specific persona/ICP.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, and Dripify, etc.
- Experience with K8s is a huge plus.
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, estimated at around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including stock options, an educational fund, an IT package, and a Cibus/Wolt stipend.
