About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a contracting basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure maintenance activities across the whole of Kent, working closely with our Section Managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control, with experience in scheduling and resource allocation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The initial contract will be 6 months long, with opportunities for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain infrastructure maintenance documentation
  • Lead and manage weekly Plan-Do-Review sessions
  • Act on behalf of Section Managers during planning meetings
  • Prepare draft versions of quarterly plans
  • Develop Safe System of Work plans
  • Submit requests for green zone access and isolation
  • Organise and optimise all assigned tasks for the section
  • Update systems, databases, and records with precision as needed

Educational Requirements:

  • Expertise in producing work plans and optimising resources
  • Core Planning Skills Level 2
  • Experience with scheduling profiles in work planning/scheduling systems
  • Proficiency in the Safe System of Work Planning Process and System
  • Understanding of access and possession procedures and systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities

Salary Range: £40-£60 per hour
