Project Coordinator Infrastructure Specialist

Overview:
Fisher German, a leading UK-wide property and infrastructure consultancy, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our expanding Infrastructure Services team based in Ashford.
We operate across 12 property market sectors, delivering projects for clients across various sectors, including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), offering a hybrid working policy. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and manage delivery of land tasks and land entry for large-scale utility projects.
Liaison with external technical leads, including client project managers, survey teams, project designers, and construction contractors, as well as impacted landowners and occupiers, is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and finances
- Coordinate with our land referencing team
- Support 3rd party project compensation claim management
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence in working to deadlines
- Experience of project management would be advantageous
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and great IT skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication styles
