Job Overview:
XAD Technologies seeks an experienced Cable Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our fiber optic network infrastructure in OSP and MDU environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cable installation teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to source materials and equipment.

Requirements:
Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of GPON Technology, FTTH/FTTX, FTTM, and other telecom technologies.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
