Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

Keltbray Infrastructure Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Early Careers Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive programmes for attracting, onboarding, and supporting work experience candidates, apprentices, and graduates.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for early career talent development. This role involves collaborating with educational institutions, apprenticeship providers, and external recruitment partners to create a robust talent pipeline that meets the company's strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of early career professionals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in early career talent acquisition and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
