At Fisher German, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Infrastructure Services division as an Associate Partner.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects from local to national scales, providing land consultancy advice to clients, and advising on all aspects of their interactions with landowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on and managing infrastructure projects from a local to national scale
  • Providing land consultancy advice to clients for different work types, such as maintenance of existing apparatus or installation of new equipment
  • Advising clients on all aspects of their interactions with landowners, providing professional support
  • Involvement in land referencing, preparation and service of statutory notices, negotiation of compensation and acquisitions of rights to facilitate projects
  • Liaising with landowners and dealing with public enquiries
  • Supporting on wider projects across the business
  • Reporting directly to clients on progression with projects
About You

We are looking for a strong project manager with excellent interpersonal skills, experience in building lasting relationships, and a proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels
  • The ability to self-manage in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience in building strong, lasting relationships, networking and promoting the business
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to influence decisions
  • Ongoing prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication
