Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Leader to manage a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities in the Ashford area. This role offers a fantastic salary of up to £45,000.

This position involves leading a team of professionals who aim to encourage service users to live independently. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities) and possess strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they must be enthusiastic, passionate and determined to achieve Outstanding and deliver high-quality person-centred care.

The ideal candidate will have a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, such as the Registered Managers Award or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care.
