EQUIDRY is a leading performance clothing company that is rapidly expanding its presence in the equestrian industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of our brands.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing our brand identities, and creating engaging content to resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives and drive growth for our company.
  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
  • Product Promotion: Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Be responsible for generating all of our online marketing, including website management, SEO, Google, Amazon, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, visually appealing, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with our customers, industry influencers, professionals, event organizers, trade customers, and media outlets to secure positive press coverage.
  • Event Planning: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products, build relationships with our customers, and network with potential clients.
  • Wholesale Marketing: Build promotional plans with our wholesale customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements, developing and implementing the strategy for POS materials, product displays, merchandising, and promotional materials throughout the wholesale network.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Business Development Manager to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary tools and materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to engage existing customers, including loyalty programs, newsletters, and surveys.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to our directors on marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our products, services, and marketing campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Team Building: Provide support to our greater team on various tasks as required, aiding the broader team effort.
Requirements
  • Equestrian Industry Knowledge: Essential knowledge of the equestrian industry and the pet market would be beneficial.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a related industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • B2B Marketing: Proven experience in B2B marketing.
  • Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and photography skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
  • Team Management: Ability to inspire and develop our small team, work collaboratively, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Drive and Motivation: The drive and ability to work hard within a small team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Shopify Knowledge: A strong understanding of Shopify.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
