Lettings Negotiator

Main Purpose of role : to negotiate the lettings of residential property and deal with the relating administration, whilst advancing the service standards of the company and abiding by the company policy statutory legislation.
Reporting to : Company Director
Key Responsibilities
- Selling all company services strongly and ethically
- Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
- Registering new applicants
- Booking viewings
- Carrying out viewings
- Carrying out marketing updates as directed
- Negotiating offers under the direction of the Branch Manager
- Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
- Preparation of relevant contracts and notices
- Preparation of inventories and schedules of conditions
- Organising relevant safety checks and organising maintenance work
- Dealing with rents and deposits
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Keeping records of all activity
Requirements and Skills
- Must have work experience in sales / lettings environment
- Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
- Customer service orientated
- Full driving license & own car
- Smart and well presented
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and organised
- Focused and competitive
- Good work ethic - punctual and reliable

Hours
Part time - 16 - 24 hours a week, some Saturdays on a rota basis.

Dependent on experience
