Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our brand. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the equestrian industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with EQUIDRY's business objectives.
  • Conduct continuous market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote EQUIDRY's products, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
  • Maintain and enhance the EQUIDRY brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Be responsible for generating all of our online marketing, including website management, SEO, Google, Amazon, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing, engaging, and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase EQUIDRY's products, build relationships with customers, and network with potential clients.
  • Build promotional plans with wholesale customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary tools and materials.
  • Implement strategies to engage existing customers, including loyalty programs, newsletters, and surveys.
  • Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Regularly report to the directors on marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide support to the greater team on various tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the equestrian industry is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a related industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
  • The drive and ability to work hard within a small team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
