We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a new role as Community Assistant to be based in Barnstaple, Northern Devon to support its bustling community of over 100 businesses.

The responsibilities for the new job role are based on three key areas of focus:
1. Building & maintaining relationships with existing community

2. Assisting with marketing and social media

3. Running reception and taking phone calls/bookings

**Duties**:

- To organise bookings for day passes, meetings and events.
- To meet and greet at front of house.
- Organise the bookings and preparation of meeting rooms
- Capturing and inputting data onto an online system.
- To ensure engagement and enthusiasm for activities within the community
- To be the first point of contact for all event delegates and enquiries
- To regularly communicate and update the team on the events calendar.
