KES Solutions UK invites applications for the position of Sales and Development Manager, focusing on business expansion in Durham. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive remuneration package of £45,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 car allowance and performance-based bonuses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Key tasks include:
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients and business partners through targeted outreach efforts
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
  • CREATING COMPelling VALUE PROPOSITIONS TO SECURE NEW BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with precision and professionalism
