Senior Sales Growth Manager

KES Solutions UK is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Growth Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role based in Durham, with a mix of office and field-based work.
This role involves creating a sales plan with a laser focus on a target market, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving growth for the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and networking. They will also generate leads and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other appropriate channels.
Key responsibilities include:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 car allowance, and bonus opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage their own time and calendar effectively.
