Our Mission

As a Retail Deputy Manager at The Works, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach the Team

As a Retail Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. You'll work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.

Drive Sales Growth

You'll be responsible for driving sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities. You'll work closely with our buying team to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.

Manage Store Operations

You'll be responsible for managing store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling. You'll work closely with our store management team to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.

Develop and Implement Store Plans

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing store plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our store management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
