About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team to provide personalized care, meeting and exceeding our residents' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Adult Care or equivalent
  • At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
