Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ and inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 100+ to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and train team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
