Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff and driving sales growth in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 100+ staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational metrics
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive restaurant growth
