Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Retail Deputy Manager, you will help keep our store running smoothly, working in partnership with the Store Manager. You will lead by example, inspiring our customers to read, learn, create, and play more, through creating unforgettable moments and smiles on faces.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is unavailable, leading the team and ensuring the store runs efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and maintain store standards.
- Identify and develop team members' potential, providing coaching and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and implement initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
