Store Operations Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Booth Ventures, one of the UK's leading brands.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing, recruiting and developing a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, recruiting and developing a team to achieve outstanding results
  • Ensure all processes/procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally
  • Set and implement tasks to ensure the team delivers effective service, stock management and customer flow
  • Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through excellent execution of a clearly defined operating plan
  • Complete yearly performance reviews for the team and ensure they are set clear targets to reach their potential

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is essential
  • Motivated by results, excited by achieving high standards and excel in delivering excellent customer service
  • Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions
  • Open to travelling within a 45 minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores
  • A pro-active, solution-focused individual, able to prioritise, delegate and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets

Location: Commutable locations include Brownhills, Burntwood, Lichfield, Tamworth, Aldridge, Walsall and Cannock

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
