Our Mission

As a Retail Deputy Manager at The Works, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach the Team

As a Retail Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. You'll work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.

Drive Sales Growth

You'll be responsible for driving sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management, and visual merchandising. You'll work closely with our buying team to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time.

Improve Customer Experience

You'll be responsible for improving customer experience through effective customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that our stores are clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Manage Store Operations

You'll be responsible for managing store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
