New Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team at Ultima. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and exceeding sales targets within our existing client accounts.

You will work closely with our internal technical teams and solution architects to develop customised IT solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will also engage with key stakeholders within client organisations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Ultima's existing client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised IT solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
