Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
- Lead a team of media professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure exceptional client service and delivery of high-quality work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing strategic solutions to drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in media planning and buying.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong background in global media strategies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Fluency in German language is an advantage.
