Account Director

Assembly - Global is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. As a key player in our affiliate department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, including fashion, beauty, and tech.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coach a team of specialists to deliver on client expectations.
  2. Foster direct reports' growth and performance, assigning responsibilities and using performance management tools as a guide.
  3. Leverage affiliate and network relationships to create opportunities for improved ROI, incremental revenue growth, and increased exposure across multiple affiliate sites.
  4. Maximize visibility and training to key internal teams to effectively identify opportunities for Affiliates.
  5. Senior oversight and management of a portfolio of UK and international clients, managing programmes through network partners and account managers.
  6. Provide direction on client strategy, strategy implementation, and forecasting performance.
  7. Carry out short-term and long-term planning and tactics with your team to achieve client objectives.
  8. Build and manage relationships with publishers.
  9. Research seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights.
Requirements:
  1. Experience with at least one of the following network platforms is essential - Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten or similar.
  2. Highly organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects, while managing others.
  3. Good communicator - able to effectively interpret client briefs, and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, campaigns with partners and publishers.
