Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our Client Services division at MOI Global. This dynamic role is ideal for a driven and passionate marketer eager to collaborate with leading B2B technology brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an account team, providing strategic guidance and overseeing financial management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Work closely with the Demand team to plan, execute, and optimize digital demand programs.
  • Ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign performance, present new ideas, and identify opportunities for growth.
Account Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers, coordinators, and specialists to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to account team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, demand generation, and content creation.
  • Ensure the strategic development of client briefs, offering innovative solutions aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee and attend client WIPs and set up regular client QBRs, delivering value and insights.
Business Development:
  • Drive strategic growth plans for accounts, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement in digital demand programs and propose actionable solutions.
