Job Title: Senior Account Director

Gravity Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global clients and delivering best-in-market digital strategies to achieve client business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Main point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams, managing the delivery of digital strategies.
  2. Providing support to the Associate Director, Client Services, to lead and develop the careers of a team of digital marketing Account Handlers.
  3. Generating agency growth through operational excellence, opportunity spotting, and strategic thinking.
  4. Crafting commercially-minded digital marketing strategies for clients.
  5. Leading delivery teams in the execution of strategies, often across different time zones.
  6. Pivoting and enriching campaigns based on performance and environmental opportunities.
  7. Taking financial ownership of clients, ensuring accounts and projects are profitable.

Experience / Skills Required:

  1. Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  2. Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a fast-paced agency setting.
  3. Strategic ability to plan for the longer term and day-to-day challenges.
  4. Proven ability to generate commercial growth in an agency Account Management function.
  5. Confidence in presenting to clients and handling difficult situations.
  6. Exceptional financial acumen.
  7. Excellent line and people management skills, able to mentor and develop direct reports and junior colleagues.
  8. Hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, including PPC, Social, and Digital PR.
  9. Experience in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
