About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Director to join our team at MOI Global. As a seasoned professional in client services, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, demand generation, and content creation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and media, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in account management or a similar role within an agency or marketing firm.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in digital marketing, and delivering measurable results.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and demand program success.
