About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Leicester. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
  • Participate in housekeeping activities, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using hotel software
