Guest Services Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage a small team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
