Guest Services Supervisor

As a Guest Services Supervisor with Valor Hospitality Europe, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, answering questions, and offering information about hotel services and facilities. Your goal will be to create a seamless check-out experience, ensuring our guests leave happy.
This role requires experience working in a branded hotel environment, managing a small team, and consistently demonstrating a can-do attitude. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced role, dealing with people on a daily basis. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days.
