About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Halecroft Recruitment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a B2B account list of approximately 200 existing accounts, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Follow up on new leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Maintain customer intelligence in the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to inform sales strategies.
  • Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales account management role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
  • Ability to travel and meet face-to-face with a wide range of customers, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing a B2B account list, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Adept at using CRM systems to manage customer intelligence and actions, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
