About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Account Manager to join our established sales and marketing team at Graduate Talent. This role offers an office-based foundation with regular opportunities for face-to-face customer interaction throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 B2B accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain customer intelligence and key prospect data using CRM systems.
  • Contribute to sales projects by introducing new products and incentives to clients.
  • Address customer feedback and monitor competitive activity to support business strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales role or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, with a focus on relationship building and lead conversion.
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 days per week to meet customers across the UK.
