Child Neurodisability Lead

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Child Neurodisability Lead to join our team. With a salary of £91,000 - £135,000 per annum, this role offers the opportunity to lead and develop our child neurodisability services.
About the RoleThis challenging position involves providing strategic leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The post holder will have the opportunity to develop a special interest area and contribute to the development of our services.
- Maintenance of high-quality patient-centred care
- Teaching and training within the multidisciplinary service
- Active involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and directorate clinical governance activity
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our child neurodisability services, including the child development and Neurodisability service. They will also contribute to the development of our services, including the safeguarding children service.
- Participate in multidisciplinary assessment clinics for children with suspected autism, for pre-school and school-age children
- Provide a safeguarding children service in conjunction with other colleagues
