Primary Inclusion Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join our primary school team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. As a key member of the Wayman Group team, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies to support the learning and development of children with special educational needs.
Job Overview- Lead SEN Provision: Design, implement, and evaluate effective strategies to support the learning and development of children with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Individualized Support: Develop and oversee personalized support plans tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges.
- Foster Parental Partnerships: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and offering guidance on supporting learning at home.
- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and support for staff to enhance understanding of special educational needs and foster a culture of inclusivity.
- Impact Assessment: Regularly assess the impact of SEN provision, collecting and analyzing data to inform decisions and improve support services.
- SEN Leadership: Assume a leadership role within the school, advocating for students' rights and championing inclusive practices.
This is a salaried position, with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a SEN allowance and TLR, dependent on experience.
