We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary SENCo to join our vibrant school community in Hertfordshire. As the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), you will play a critical role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive tailored support, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective support plans for students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies as needed.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to drive improvements in SEN provision, sharing best practices and expertise to benefit the entire school community.
  • Ensure that all staff members receive regular training and support to enhance their understanding of special educational needs, promoting inclusive and effective teaching practices.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to SEN, ensuring that they are aligned with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.

Salary Details:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility involved in leading SEN provision within the school.
