Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Inclusive Education Lead to join our dynamic one-form entry school in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. As the Primary SENCo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary paid to scale plus an SEN allowance and TLR.

About the Role

As the Senior Inclusive Education Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective strategies to support the learning and development of children with special educational needs.

You will work closely with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing personalized support plans, fostering strong partnerships with parents and guardians, and providing ongoing training and support for staff.

You will also collaborate with curriculum coordinators to ensure our curriculum is accessible and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Regularly assessing the impact of SEN provision and collecting data to make informed decisions will be a crucial aspect of this role.
