Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of special educational needs in a vibrant educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
• Assist classroom teachers in implementing specialised education plans and strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
• Collaborate closely with SENCOs and other members of the school staff to develop and implement personalised learning goals and interventions.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and caregivers as necessary.
